"Ten"th BIrthday Theme

Oh boy, where did time go.  These photos were taken last June  but I just now had the time to  post it.  If you think I have  lots of time because I work at home, you're wrong!  Time just fly by so fast that  the moment I sit in front of my computer to work online,  it's time to get up again and  get the kids from school.  However, I am not complaining because I am still super blessed that I get to work at home and take care of my kids.
Anyway, this was the birthday party of one of my daughter's  friends .  They invited us to celebrate  her friend's  "ten"th birthday celebration.  I thought that was a a cool theme "ten"th.  They set up a camping type of setting in their backyard.
Later on, they had a friendly competition at the pool which every kids, especially my son, loved!
It's funny to watch Rye Bean row because  she didn't have any  experience in rowing.  She was just laughing.
We don't really attend parties  but with this family, we are not hesitant to go because they are the most down to earth people we know here in the area.

Lots of splishin and splashin in the water.  Can't  control the fun, the energy was super  high and everybody hasd a great time.  This is the first time that  Rye Ben  had the courage to  swim in the deep end. She learned how tp  swim  because everyone in her friends  knows how so she challenged herself and overcame her fear of water.

 Don't feed the Bear!
The hard part of  this type of party is getting the kids out of the pool.  They keep bargaining to stay a little bit longer lol.  Nevertheless, we had so much fun!

Seam's Revirsible Dress #ProductReview

It's awesome when you can find a very high quality garment for your children. I got my daughter this Grace dress from SEAM Collection.  Seam Collection has a great  selection of   very cute and well-made  dresses and outfits for  girls.  I love that the designer really understand what is easy and comfortable  clothing  for girls.
I always admire when I receive  a product that is well-packaged as well.  It shows that they really care for their customers.  This  Grace Dress is a completely reversible dress.  It has three inch grosgrain ribbon that can can be tied as a bow in the back or a knot to the front.
My daughter is  very petite for her age compared to other kids.  You can tell that this garment is made in the US from the stitches to the  material that they used which  is 100% cotton.  Sometimes, I get disappointed when I order something  online and when it arrives, the quality is not  satisfactory.  With SEAM Collection, you can be assured that  everything is well three inch grosgrain ribbon can be tied as a bow in the back or a knot to the front.-made.  You will get the value for your money.
The dress is still a little big for her body which is fine because this would be perfect to wear  on Spring next year.  I love the design of the dress and the design of the fabric.
I love getting my  daughter   new outfit because it's fun taking pictures of her.  She is always game for  every photo shoot.
You can buy this Grace Dress by visiting the link.  I highly recommend this  if you want something that is stylish and comfortable for your little lady.
There are so many selection that you can choose from  in their website.  They even have  outfits for  grown women.
Here's how it looks at the back.  You  either tie a bow at the back or  do a ribbon in the front.
Her photo shoot buddies are always game as well.  Si I took a couple of shots of her with them.
I would love to  thank Cindy, the  designer and owner of SEAM for a very smooth transaction we have had in selecting  the product I   love for my daughter.  I  told her that I need a size 10 but she was very  honest and told me that it runs a little big so she suggested  the next size would be perfect.  I wish, all business owners are like her, she is very accommodating and down to earth.
Disclosure: The owner of this blog was NOT financially compensated to write this review.  I was provided with the product/s mentioned  to help me  facilitate this review but  opinions are my own.

Growing Up so Fast

I can't believe that my first born is becoming a little lady already.  She is now 10 years old and think that she knows everything lol.
Rye Bean is not  interested in doing any kind of sports although she plays with us most of the time. She is scared to try out for any sports because of her size.       She is so petite compared to girls  of her age.
She wanted me to take some pictures of her by her tree.   We planted this tree when she was 2 years old.  This is tree.
The tree has grown and so is she.
I am glad we were able to salvage this tree from those killer net worms.
Both of our kids are physically strong.         We make sure that we involve them to  our  fitness routines.
Here she is doing pull ups.
And here she is showing her gun lol.     I AM proud of you kiddo!
Happy Natuional Daughter's Day Anak, we love you verymuch!

High School Football Game

There was a home game for the Madonna football team on August 28. We decided to  watch after the kids' piano lessons.  Madonna played against Bishop Donahue's team.
Bishop Donahue brought their  cheerleaders. They occcupied the other  side of the  Jimmy Carrey Stadium.
The Madonna "BlueDons" cheerleaders were outnumbered by the other team.
The Mayor of Weirton came to support the game. He was an alumnus of Madonnna High.
The Madonna team was doing great  at first but they got rattled when the other team scored.    From then on, they got lousy.
We did not finish watching the game because it was already late. We never found out if they have recovered or not. I hope that I could watc my son play footballl when he is in high school.
