Fun Time at the Beach in Jamestown, Virginia

Going to the beach is such an exciting  thing to do for my kids.  We live  very far from the beach so once we get the chance, we make the most of it.  This beach trip  was not in our plan but thanks to a good friend  for telling us different things we can do in Virginia, we got to enjoy  amazing things!
I know that they were so excited to go to the water park but nothing is compared to the beach.  They told us that this was  better than the  water park.  I can tell also because they did not want to go back to the hotel.  I just wish that we  would have went there earlier so they could have enjoyed it longer.
These two are like peas in a pod.  One moment they   bicker with each other and most of the times they are best friends.  I guess it is normal for siblings.  It reminds me of the times when I was growing up.  MY older brother  was very strict and always  scolding me and giving me sermon about things but  at the end of the day. he was  biggest supporter, a hero and a confidante.
They are only 18 months apart in age so they are almost like twins!  I am glad that they are the way they are for each other.
I love watching them when in the water because they take care of each other.  They look out for each other so I am always confident when they are  with each other in the water.
The fun is not complete without my husband in there.  He is the biggest kid among the three hehehe.
I always thank God for introducing me to a wonderful man, the father of  my children and the love of my life.  I love how engage he is when it comes to our children.  He will do anything for them.
One thing about my husband that  not a lot of people know is that, he is the most caring person I know.  Some  call him names but I really don't care because what is important is how he is to us, and that's the only thing that matters.
This is  far better experience  that we have, it was better than the  one we had in Ocean City.  Jamestown beach is a lot cleaner and a lot family friendly because it wasn't too crowded.  Perfect to take your kids, even pets did have fun swimming on that beach.  I would love to take our pets on this beach!  I wish that we can go back there again someday.

Summer 2015 Fun at Hershey Park

We will be transitioning into a big change  this year so  traveling is not in our list.  We might just  bring the kids somewhere near in our local area so they can have fun but  we won't be doing far distance travel, that's for sure.
These photos were taken from our summer getaway last year.  We went to Hershey Park where the kids had  a blast.  I am so glad that they are big enough to go on rides but I still worry when I can't see them anymore  when they go up and get ready to go down.  With so many crazy things happening in this world, you can't help but  worry.
I always say a prayer when they  are out of my sight that they will be safe.  Most of the times, my husband would go with them but   he runs out of gas too  sometimes and we let the kids go on their own.  It is  good to give them the sense of freedom and make them feel like  they are adult.  You still have to tell them the dos and don'ts when it comes to dealing with strangers and I am glad that they  understand that part.
When it comes to water, kids does not feel cold.   The adrenaline that they have is enough to warm their body up, no matter how long they stay in the water.Hopefully we could  bring the kids somewhere fun again this year even  just in the local areas.

Passport to Fun at Jolly Roger's Amusement Park

During our last day in Ocean City we took the kids to the  Speedworld  at Jolly Roger's.  We chose the Drive and Ride  attraction which gives you two hours plus unlimited rides armband.  We paid almost $170 for the four of us.  It was expensive I would say but  worth it because the kids had so much fun especially our daughter who is an adrenaline junkie.  She loves anything that involve speed!
These photos were taken at the Kiddie Gran Prix where the two of them practice their driving skills before we we went to the Family Leman's.
Our son was  a bit shy and would not  fully speed up but once he got the hang of it, he was cruising.  I think he was  a little  uncomfortable because his legs are a little short so he couldn't reach the pedal  fully but he got it eventually.
He was more accurate in driving that our daughter is.
The little Miss just want to drive as fast she could.
It was the perfect choice to start the day.  They got to experience driving by themselves without us, well at Jolly Roger's anyway as they have done this already in other  amusement park.  Anyway, if you want to have fun  In Ocean City and get tired of the ocean, this  amusement park  is a good choice especially if you have little kids like us.

My Awesome Birthday Celebration at the Beach in Ocean City

Hello again everybody. It's time to sneaked in at Mom's computer while she is doing the laundry.  I haven't had the chance to blog lately because  Mommy said, she is cleaning one of her blogs.  I am not sure what she meant by cleaning but I guess it is something important.  She told me before that this blog of mine lost the page rank (I don't even know what that is....wink and giggles) but she cleaned it and now the page rank is back.  So I try not to interrupt my Mom when she is  working because I know it is something important.
By the way, I have an awesome  time celebrating my 9th birthday in Ocean City.  Me and my brother, EJ, had a blast swimming in the pool and in the ocean.  It was exciting to be  caught by the waves.  My Mom keep  saying "Be careful" but we truly had a fun time out there.  Below are some photos that my Mom took while we   enjoy the  ocean water with out Dad.

I love being in the ocean, I wish we live near Maryland.  I would probably bug my parents to take us everyday on the shore ha ha ha.
Making sand castle and burying our bodies in  the sand was so much fun also.
My brother is fearless.  He does not mind the waves hitting his face.  I am more cautious because I don't like the water in my face.

I would like to thank everybody who left comments on my Mom's post on Facebook during my birthday.  I had fun reading  all your greetings.  I feel loved!
