Driving Down The Costs Of Cute Bunk Beds For Girls

There is no denying that today's girls want cute beds that they see on TV and at their friend's homes. You as a parent may want to get one for your little girl but are afraid to look at the prices. While there are some over-the top styles of cute bunk beds for girls, as well as singles and doubles, there are some that are cute and not exorbitantly priced.

Take this loft-style bed for instance. Since it is made with a metal frame it costs a lot less than one that is plain and made of wood. Which type do you think your little girl would prefer?

Reducing the cost

There are a lot of different styles of cute bunk beds for girls available that have a similar theme. If cost is a factor, this is what you do.

Purchase a bed as a Christmas or birthday present! Kill two birds with one stone by getting a new piece of furniture while absorbing the price of buying it into the money that would have otherwise been spent on toys that are seldom played with anyway!

These beds look like a toy in themselves!
My Burritos' Bunk Bed
Let's face it. Kids grow up too fast and it's nice to see a little girl or boy enjoying the fantasies of youth. It's fun for the child and fun for the parents!

You can also spend some special bonding moments with your little girl by decorating the room around the bed. You'll probably want to end up decorating your bedroom as well by the time it has been completed!

If you've been thinking that these fancy beds are out of your price range, think about making it a present. If it's time to get a new bed for your child anyway, you won't end up paying much more than you would for a simple bed that simply emanates "ho-hum".

Quick Snap

As my Burritos gets older, it's getting harder and harder to get a good photo of the two of them. You have to be quick to snap a good one .
Let me share this quote from David J. Alfred.

Family Walk Twice in a Row

We have a really good weather this week so we have been taking the opportunity to go outside as much as we can . I took my Burritos for a short walk around Marland Heights when we visited Dad a couple of days ago.

Then when we came home, we went for a walk again around our neighborhood with hubby.
Me and Ms. Burrito ran in Madonna's soccer field. The Burritos were in good spirit that day.

The Super Hero Kids

Presenting my angels in their super heroes costume. These were taken last Sunday after the event at church. We paid $10 for each as our support for the fund raising program of the school.    They had two hours full of fun.  There was a magician, cookies  and drinks for snacks, and music where  all the kids enjoyed dancing.  They also decorated some pumpkins.
Here's Wolverine and Super Girl.
It's nice to end the day  with  smiles on their faces.

The Treaters

May I present to you the treaters of our family.  Little Gracie  is wearing the costume that her  grandma (SIL Chris) has made for her.
Ain't she the sweetest Hershey's kiss ever?  Mr. Burrito has finally worn the Elvis Presley costume that my SIL  made for him a couple of years ago.
We invited "Angel", Ms. Burrito's   classmate/friend to go trick or treating with us at my FIL's neighborhood.    It's her first time doing it as there's no TorT in Kuwait.  It's a bummer that while we were cruising, the rain  continued to sprinkle but when we came home, the rain  decided to stop.  After they went trick or treating, they handed the rest of the candies that my FIL has to the  kids that came to Dad's porch.
Thanks for visiting everyone!

New Shoes for Us

I shopped for a good pair of  boots last year but I never find one  the fits me perfectly.  I wasn't lucky to  find my shoes then but  I found some really good deals on casual shoes for my husband.   We bought two pairs that he could use when he starts working again.

Santa Claus  is being generous this year.  My daughter and I received our early gifts, we both got a new pair of boots, thanks Mr. C!  My husband took us to the mall last week and  bought each of us a pair of shoes.  Originally, we just wanted to buy  shoes for the kids but he saw this pair of boots on sale and it's my size so he said to get while it's available.
I found some really cool and stylish designs of shoes at Infinity Shoes website.  Their selection of sorel shoes are great and most of it are on a reduced price.  I like their Sorel Women's Lace Mackenzie Outdoor Boot, it's so chic!  This  kind of boots is great  for me to use during winter times when I have to get my daughter from school since I walk  only in going there and back.  It's water proof  so it won't be destroyed easily  even if I walk  miles and miles  with it.  Check out their selection of shoes and enjoy their  deals.

Play Time with the Doggies

These photos were taken when the construction team  was pouring cement at our porch.  We were waiting outside because the kids wanted to  write on the newly  poured concrete.  It was a perfect  opportunity  for us to play with these very friendly dogs of our  neighbor.  Ms. Burrito had so much fun posing and playing with them.
