Infatuation at an Early Age

Sometimes I find it amusing and very alarming at the same time when my  son  tells me about his crush in school.  Really?  At  the age of 6,  he has a crush already?  He is so fond of her  classmate C and  I always  see them  together for every event.  The pictures below clearly shows how they are like magnets  to each other.

C is such a sweet girl, she always smiles at me every time I am at school.  I hope that this infatuation will remain  just like that for now lol. I remember in my days, I did not have a crush on someone till I was in High School.  Kids these days are so advanced in everything, don't you think?

  1. Starts early, huh? I can still remember the 4th day of kindergartner and my 5 year old son came home extremely happy because he has a girlfriend! A week later he had 4. Boys.

  5. Awe! How adorable these two are. Well, Harley was a lot younger when he started having crushes. LOL! We know when he likes a certain girl coz he would stick to her and would not let go. It is nice they like each other and they get a long though.

  6. It is good that they develop a friendship and respect for each other when they are young. It teaches them that such friendships are possible.

  8. Ohh my! A crush at 6, this is so adorable! My little man will turn 6 next month and he is not interested in girls at all. His life revolves around cars, trucks and robots for now.

  9. Hehhehehehe! Oh boy! that will scare me too, although it didn't happen to me yet where my son tells me about crushes but I know it will sooner or later. I guess we just have to educate them at an early age that way they will know the consequences of it.

  12. Some kids are fond of someone even at an early age. They just like to be with them and enjoy their companies.
