We received a medical bill from our children's doctor from the services they conducted way back in March and November last year. I couldn't believe my eyes when i see the date of when the services were done. I think, they forgot to bill us on those particular visits! A normal cost of a visit to a doctor is $125 which I find so ridiculous. Then the insurance paid part of it and the rest is paid by us. Oh medical bills is really high these days. I am sad that the contract between Walgreens and the middlemen company has ended which disqualified us from buying our medication from Walgreens with a discount. Hubby and I were thinking of joining the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club so that when the medicine that we need to buy is not available in the clinic where we get our prescription, we can still enjoy the low priced medicines at Walgreens.
If you are a follower of Walgreens on Twitter, I am sure that you are aware of the disappointment that a lot of customers has with the end of the contract. But there's nothing we can do to those development but find another way to enjoy the services if Walgreens. With only $35 a year of family membership, you could enjoy enjoy a discounted medications which covers your entire immediate family. For individual membership, it wold cost $20 only.
